The costs associated with the orchestra program at DA far exceed the financial resources provided by our school district. Music stands, sheet music, concert programs, instrument repair and maintenance, uniforms, travel for educational experiences, and much more are required to maintain the GRAMMY winning music departments at DA.
While the Douglas Anderson Orchestra Boosters provide many of the resources necessary to operate the orchestra program, supplemental funding is required.
Donations for any of the above mentioned requirements are gratefully accepted.
Additionally, in order to give our students learning opportunities from international recording artists and clinicians, we must secure donations from our community.
